Creating an IanOS account for the demo request has no subscription charge. The account allows IanOS to validate the requester, organize the submitted business information and prepare the initial demo process.

IanOS may require email validation and may review restaurant or store information, including public business listings, website details, contact information and other submitted data before confirming a demo request.
When the user chooses IanOS Payment, the $1 charge is processed as a reservation for the creation and preparation of the app demo. This option allows IanOS to move the demo directly into creation without requiring a sales call before setup begins.
The $1 reservation confirms your demo. Fifteen (15) days after your demo begins, the first month of service ($99) is charged automatically, and service then continues on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel within the first 30 days after this first payment by contacting IanOS technical support. The full IanOS service terms, including the minimum service period, are sent to you by email.
If the user decides not to continue with IanOS after the demo request, the user may request a refund of the $1 reservation by contacting IanOS technical support. Refund requests are reviewed according to the status of the request, payment processor rules and the information available in the registration.
If the user chooses not to add a payment method, no charge is made at registration. The request continues through the IanOS commercial team and may take up to 72 hours while the restaurant or store information is validated before the demo request is confirmed.
Demo preparation is subject to the completeness and accuracy of the submitted information. IanOS may decline, delay or request additional information for registrations that cannot be verified or do not match the intended restaurant, retail or local business use case.
Submitted information may be used to create the user record, prepare the app demo, contact the requester, validate the business and coordinate the onboarding process. IanOS does not store raw card details in its application systems.
